Sewing Pattern for Forties Blouse, Skirt and Belt
View A is double-breasted with open neck and wide draped collar. Three-quarter length sleeves, draped cuffs. View B is single-breasted style with collarless built-up neckline. Three-quarter length sleeves are raglan in front and kimono cut in back. View C is a wide flared skirt and has deep unpressed inverted pleat at center front and center back, side zipper. View D belt has buckle with prong.
FABRICS: Ankara, Linen, Poplin, Gingham, Chambray. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals.
Note: Fabric requirement allows for nap, one-way design or shading. Extra fabric may be needed to match design or for shrinkage.
