• Pin tucks are tiny ‘false tucks’ created by sewing parallel rows of stitching using a twin needle. The Pin Tuck foot has grooves which help create the tuck and also help to space the tucks an equal distance apart. 
  Janome suggest a 2mm twin needle (supplied separately) and sew on a single layer of light weight fabric such georgette or de chine. When sewing parallel rows of pintucks, guide the pintuck previously sewn in the underside groove of the pintuck foot
